What does 10 free mean?

Our products do not contain the following: Toluene, Formaldehyde, DBP- Dibutyl Phthalate, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, Xylene, Ethyl Tosylamide, Paraben, Fragrance, or Animal Products

 

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes!

 

SHIPPING:

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated through USPS. Shipping is based on the location of your package destination and the weight of your order.

 

When will my order be fulfilled?

3-5 business days for orders within the United States and 4-15 business days for International orders. Please see the shipping policy at checkout for more information.

 

My package says delivered but I have not received it. What do I do?

Please refer to the tracking number provided in your email. This email will include the courier who is now responsible for the delivery of your package.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Not yet! Please contact us for questions on shipping Internationally.

 

ORDERS:

Can I change/cancel my order?

All sales are final. Once a purchase has been made there are no exchanges or refunds. Please contact gabrielle@christcenteredbeauty for further inquiries!

 

How often do you restock out-of-stock items?

Depending on the demand of the item, the restock time can be between 3 and 6 weeks.

 

Can I use multiple promo codes?

Unfortunately, only one promo code can be used at checkout

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot restock returned goods regardless of whether or not they’ve been opened.
